Have you taken cognizance of the message that a Spanish judge has issued arrest warrants to 40 Rwandese military?

In which manner do you dedicate yourself at this moment in this concrete matter, in conformity with your human rights strategy "Towards an existence worthy to a human being", in order to prevent impunity for suspects of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity?

How will the government take care that, at the meeting of representatives of Interpol at the end of June 2008, the international arrest warrants against the wanted Rwandese military will come up for discussion and that relevant action will be taken?

4.
In which way does the Dutch government stimulate in bilateral or multilateral context that the Rwandese government cooperates in the adjudgment of these criminals by means of persecution and extradition?

5.
Can you explain how it is possible that suspects of genocide actually hold high offices such as ambassador of Rwandain India and second in command of Unamid, the UN-mission in Darfur. Does no preliminary screening take place for this kind of functions? If the answer is 'no', how will you take care that this will be done in the future? Which action are you going to take to have the UN-official replaced?
